HP 953 Color Cartridge High Yield Ink Each

The HP 953XL high-yield colour cartridges cover cyan, magenta and yellow for HP's OfficeJet Pro 7700 and 8200 to 8700 series. Each is rated at approximately 1,600 pages, well over double the roughly 700 pages of the standard HP 953 colour. They are sold individually, so you replace the one colour that has run down instead of throwing away ink you have already paid for in the other two. Pigment-based ink keeps charts, letterheads and logos looking solid rather than washed out.

Genuine or compatible?

These are Original HP high-yield cartridges. They share the fit of the standard HP 953 colours and hold considerably more ink. Note that HP numbers this same cartridge family 952XL in North America and 955XL in Asia-Pacific, so a box carrying a different number may still be the correct part for your machine. If in doubt, match against the number your printer's supply-status screen reports. Compatible colour cartridges, including our Royal house brand, are available at a lower price and quoted separately on request.

Why buy from Trinatech

• Buying colour cartridges one at a time only works if the shop actually has all three colours on the shelf, which is where most suppliers fall down.
• We stock cyan, magenta and yellow individually at The One Mall on River Road in Nairobi CBD, deliver the same day across Nairobi, ship countrywide by courier, and quote bulk rates for schools, cyber cafés and corporate accounts.
• Send your printer model to 0729 589 346 on WhatsApp and we will confirm the part before you pay.

Getting the most from this cartridge

• Track which colour empties first over a couple of cycles and keep that one as your standing spare, rather than buying full sets.
• Open the foil only at the moment of installation and handle the cartridge by its body.
• If colour output looks banded or a shade is missing, run the printer's printhead cleaning cycle and print a nozzle-check page before replacing anything, because on this series the printhead is separate from the cartridge.

Frequently asked questions

• Can I mix XL colours with a standard black? Yes, any combination of standard and XL fits and works.
• Will these fit the OfficeJet Pro 8600? No, that series uses HP 951 colours.
