HP 103A Black Neverstop Toner Reload Kit (1103A)

The HP 103A Neverstop toner reload kit is genuine Original HP toner, part number W1103A, for HP's cartridge-free Neverstop Laser printers. It is not a toner cartridge. You load it into a port on the printer and the toner flows into a tank built into the machine, which is what makes Neverstop the cheapest laser printing HP sells.

Neverstop printers are unusual in that the toner tank and imaging drum stay in the machine, so what you pour in has to be right. Poor quality toner in a permanent tank is a much harder problem to reverse than a bad cartridge you can simply pull out. Getting the most from this cartridge

• Reload when the printer's panel tells you to, not before. The tank has a fixed capacity and there is nowhere for excess toner to go.
• Follow the on-screen sequence. The kit only releases toner once it is seated correctly in the reload port, which is what keeps the process clean.
• The imaging drum is a separate consumable, HP 104A, and lasts far longer than a reload. Faded or streaked pages after a fresh reload usually point to the drum rather than the toner.
• Keep the kit sealed and dry until use. Toner absorbs moisture, and Nairobi humidity does it no favours.
