HP 952 Cym Ink Cartridge Cartridge Each

The HP 952 colour ink cartridges cover cyan, magenta and yellow for HP's OfficeJet Pro 7700 and 8200 to 8700 series. They are priced individually, so when one colour runs out you replace only that colour instead of discarding usable ink in the other two. Each is rated at approximately 700 pages, and together with the HP 952 black they make up the four-cartridge set these machines need before they will print at all.

Genuine or compatible?

These are Original HP cartridges with HP chips, so ink-level reporting stays accurate. As with the black, HP packages this cartridge under three regional numbers: 952 for North America, 953 for Europe and Africa, 955 for Asia-Pacific. The cartridges are interchangeable in the printer, but the number on your machine's supply-status screen is the one to buy against. Send us a photo of your empty cartridge if you are unsure. Compatible colour cartridges, including our Royal house brand, are stocked as a lower-cost alternative and are quoted separately.

Why buy from Trinatech

• Colour cartridges are where online listings do the most damage, because a wrong colour or region code is only discovered once the printer rejects it.
• We are a physical shop at The One Mall on River Road in Nairobi CBD.
• Confirm the cartridge at the counter, or send your model on WhatsApp and we will check before you pay.
• Same-day delivery across Nairobi, countrywide courier, and bulk pricing for schools and offices.
• Call 0729 589 346.

Getting the most from this cartridge

• Buy the colour you actually need rather than a full set out of habit, and keep one spare of the colour you burn fastest, usually cyan on documents with letterheads and charts.
• Open the foil only at installation.
• Avoid touching the contacts.
• If a colour prints with banding or gaps, run the printhead cleaning cycle from the printer menu twice before concluding the cartridge is at fault, and print a nozzle-check page to confirm the result.

Frequently asked questions

• Are the three colours sold separately? Yes, this listing is priced per single cartridge, so specify cyan, magenta or yellow when ordering.
• Can I print in black only when a colour is empty? No. These printers require all four cartridges installed and non-empty to run any job.
• What yield does the XL version give? HP 952XL colours are rated at about 1,600 pages each against 700 here.
• Do these fit the OfficeJet Pro 9020? No, that series uses HP 963 or HP 962.
• Is bulk pricing available? Yes, for schools, cyber cafés and corporate accounts.
