Frequently asked questions
- Is there an XL or high-yield alternative? This product is already the high-yield (XL) version.
- Do I need the other colours to print? Yes, inkjet printers require all colours to function and prevent hardware damage.
- What is the delivery time? Same-day delivery within Nairobi CBD and next-day for the rest of Kenya.
- What is your warranty or returns policy? Genuine HP cartridges come with a standard manufacturer defect warranty.
- Why did my ink run out faster than 825 pages? Yields are based on 5% coverage; printing full-page photos drains ink faster.
