Genuine or compatible?
Genuine, Original HP in the sealed box. Not a refill and not our Royal house brand. These machines usually sit on a service contract or a managed print agreement, and non-genuine consumables can put that arrangement in question. A leaking or rejected cartridge here does not delay one person's document, it stops a workgroup and can mean a service call on a machine worth many times the cartridge.
Why buy from Trinatech
- Held in Nairobi CBD stock, including for colour lasers other suppliers have dropped.
- Countrywide courier delivery, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu and Mombasa included.
- M-Pesa or bank transfer, with proper invoicing and LPO handling for corporate accounts.
- WhatsApp us the model number, or walk in to The One Mall on River Road.
Getting the most from this cartridge
- Rock the cartridge gently before fitting. These are large, heavy cartridges and toner settles in transit.
- Order before you run out. On a shared colour machine the low-toner warning tends to be ignored until the queue stops.
- Black empties before the colours on this range, which yield 11,000 against 8,500. Buying black on its own rather than as a set is usually the cheaper approach.
- 8,500 pages assumes 5% coverage. Reports with shaded tables and branded headers will fall short of that.
Frequently asked questions
- Why is the black called 647A when the colours are 648A? That is simply how HP numbered this range. The black is 647A (CE260A) and the three colours are 648A (CE261A, CE262A, CE263A). They fit the same printers and are bought as a set.
- Is there a higher-yield version? Yes, HP 647X black is available. Note that the 647X fits the CP4525 but not the CP4025, so confirm your exact model with us first.
- How fast is delivery? Same day within Nairobi, next working day to most towns.
- Can I return it? Yes, sealed and unused.
- Will this fit a CM4540 MFP? Send us your model and we will confirm before you pay. Sources disagree on that machine and we would rather check than have you return a cartridge at this price.
