Genuine or compatible?
Genuine, Original HP in the sealed box. Not a refill and not our Royal house brand, which we always sell as Royal. On a departmental colour machine the four cartridges have to lay down consistently against each other for colours to come out right, and one non-genuine cartridge shifts every colour page. These printers also carry HP's anti-fraud technology, so a non-genuine cartridge may be rejected rather than merely printing badly.
Why buy from Trinatech
- Enterprise-class stock held in the Nairobi CBD rather than ordered in on request.
- Countrywide courier delivery, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu and Mombasa included.
- M-Pesa or bank transfer, with proper invoicing and LPO handling for corporate accounts.
- WhatsApp us the model number, or visit The One Mall on River Road.
Getting the most from this cartridge
- Rock the cartridge gently before fitting. These are large cartridges and toner settles during shipping.
- Handle it by the ends and keep the drum away from light and fingers.
- Order before you run out. On a shared enterprise machine an empty cartridge stops a department, and nobody notices the warning until then.
- 5,000 pages assumes 5% coverage. Reports with colour charts and branded headers will come in under that.
Frequently asked questions
- Is there a higher-yield version? Yes. HP 508X fits the same printers and holds considerably more toner, which costs less per page on a busy machine.
- Do I need the other cartridges too? In time yes. The set is black CF360A at 6,000 pages, plus yellow CF362A and magenta CF363A at around 5,000 pages each.
- How fast is delivery? Same day within Nairobi, next working day to most towns.
- Can I return it? Yes, sealed and unused.
- Will the printer stop if one cartridge runs out? On most of these models yes, even for a black-only job, so watch all four levels.
