Genuine or compatible?
Genuine, Original HP in the sealed box. Not a refill and not our Royal house brand. On enterprise fleets this matters more than anywhere. These machines usually sit on a service contract or a managed print agreement, and non-genuine consumables can put that arrangement in question. A rejected or leaking cartridge here does not inconvenience one desk, it stops a department and can mean a service call on a machine worth many times the cartridge.
Why buy from Trinatech
- Enterprise-class stock held in the Nairobi CBD rather than ordered in on request.
- Courier delivery countrywide, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu and Mombasa included.
- M-Pesa or bank transfer, with proper invoicing and LPO handling for corporate accounts.
- WhatsApp us the model number, or visit The One Mall on River Road.
Getting the most from this cartridge
- Rock the cartridge gently before fitting. These are large, heavy cartridges and toner settles in transit.
- Order before you run out. On a shared departmental machine an empty cartridge stops a whole floor, and nobody notices the warning until it is too late.
- Keep the printer's supply alerts switched on and check levels weekly rather than waiting for the panel.
- 11,000 pages assumes 5% coverage. Heavy reports and forms will come in well under that on a machine running all day.
Frequently asked questions
- Is there a higher-yield version? Yes. HP 37X and the extra-high-yield 37Y both fit the same printers and cost less per page on a busy machine.
- Do I need anything else? These machines take a single black cartridge, so no. Ask us about maintenance kits if the printer has high mileage.
- How fast is delivery? Same day within Nairobi, next working day to most towns.
- Can I return it? Yes, sealed and unused.
- Which cartridge suits a machine printing all day? Ask us to compare 37A, 37X and 37Y against your monthly volume. On heavy use the larger cartridges usually win clearly.
