Genuine or compatible?
Genuine, Original HP in the sealed box. Not a refill and not our Royal house brand, which we always sell as Royal. The CP5225 is usually bought for presentation and marketing work, which is exactly where colour accuracy matters most. A non-genuine cartridge with a slightly different pigment shifts every page it touches, and on a machine this size you will have printed a great deal before anyone notices. On a cartridge at this price the saving is not worth the reprints.
Why buy from Trinatech
- Large-format colour stock held in the Nairobi CBD, all three colours available.
- Courier delivery countrywide, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu and Mombasa included.
- M-Pesa or bank transfer, with proper invoicing and LPO handling for corporate accounts.
- WhatsApp us the colour and model number, or visit The One Mall on River Road.
Getting the most from this cartridge
- Rock the cartridge gently before fitting. These are heavy cartridges and toner settles in transit.
- Order before you run out. The CP5225 is often the only A3 colour machine in the building, so an empty cartridge stops more than one person's work.
- Store spares flat, boxed and away from heat. A cartridge this size represents real money sitting on your shelf.
- 7,300 pages assumes 5% coverage of that colour. Full-page marketing graphics will use it far faster than the figure suggests.
Frequently asked questions
- Which colour will I receive? Tell us when you order. Cyan, yellow and magenta are separate cartridges at the same price.
- Do I need the black too? Yes. HP 307A black is CE740A at around 7,000 pages, and the printer stops when any cartridge is empty.
- How fast is delivery? Same day within Nairobi, next working day to most towns.
- Can I return it? Yes, sealed and unused.
- Will this fit a CP5220 or CP5525? Send us the exact model and we will confirm. The 307A is specified for the CP5225 series, and neighbouring model numbers take different cartridges.
