Genuine or compatible?
Genuine, Original HP in the sealed box. Not a refill and not our Royal house brand, which we always sell as Royal. On a four-cartridge colour machine the black does most of the work, so it is replaced most often and it is where the temptation to economise sits. The catch is that a black which fuses differently from the three colours beside it shows as a dull or patchy finish on any mixed page, and on a machine bought for presentation work that is exactly the fault you cannot afford.
Why buy from Trinatech
- Held in Nairobi CBD stock, including for colour lasers other suppliers have dropped.
- Countrywide courier delivery, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu and Mombasa included.
- M-Pesa or bank transfer, with proper invoicing for business accounts.
- WhatsApp us the model number, or walk in to The One Mall on River Road.
Getting the most from this cartridge
- Rock the cartridge gently before fitting. These are heavy cartridges and toner settles in transit.
- Handle it by the ends and keep the drum away from light and fingers.
- Black empties before the colours here, which yield 7,300 against 7,000. Buying black on its own rather than as a set is usually the cheaper approach.
- 7,000 pages assumes 5% coverage. Full-page marketing graphics will use it far faster than the figure suggests.
Frequently asked questions
- Is there a higher-yield version? HP sells the 307A as a standard-capacity range. Ask us what else is available for your exact model.
- Do I need the colours too? Yes for colour printing. HP 307A cyan CE741A, yellow CE742A and magenta CE743A are sold separately at around 7,300 pages each.
- How fast is delivery? Same day within Nairobi, next working day to most towns.
- Can I return it? Yes, sealed and unused.
- Will this fit a CP5220 or CP5525? Send us the exact model and we will confirm. The 307A is specified for the CP5225 series, and neighbouring model numbers take different cartridges.
