HP 304A Magneta Toner Original Laserjet (CC533A)

The HP 304A magenta toner cartridge is the genuine Original HP replacement, part number CC533A, for the HP Color LaserJet CP2025 and CM2320 family. It is one of three colour cartridges in these machines and is replaced on its own, so you buy only the colour that has actually run out.

Specifications

Genuine or compatible?

Genuine, Original HP, sealed box. Not a refill and not our Royal house brand, which we always sell as Royal. Colour matching is where non-genuine toner shows itself. If one cartridge in the set uses a slightly different pigment, every colour page shifts and the cause is hard to trace back to a single cartridge. Mixing genuine and compatible cartridges in a colour laser is the most common source of colour complaints we see at the counter.

Why buy from Trinatech

• Held in Nairobi CBD stock, including for older colour lasers other suppliers have dropped.
• Countrywide courier delivery, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu and Mombasa included.
• M-Pesa or bank transfer, with a proper invoice for office accounts.
• WhatsApp us the model number, or walk in to The One Mall on River Road.

Getting the most from this cartridge

• Rock the cartridge gently before installing and pull the sealing strip out fully.
• Handle it by the ends and keep the drum away from light and fingers.
• Colour cartridges often age out rather than run out in a low-volume office. If you print colour rarely, buy when you need it rather than stocking spares for years.
• 2,800 pages assumes 5% coverage of magenta specifically, so a page with a large block of that colour can consume a great deal more than the figure suggests.

Frequently asked questions

• Is there a higher-yield version? No. HP sells 304A as a standard-capacity cartridge for this series.
• Do I need the other cartridges too? In time yes. The set is black CC530A at 3,500 pages, plus cyan CC531A and yellow CC532A at around 2,800 pages each.
• How soon can I get it? Same day within Nairobi, next working day upcountry.
• Can I return it? Yes, provided it is sealed and unused.
• Can I keep printing with an empty magenta? Usually not. These printers generally stop rather than substituting another colour, so one empty cartridge halts the machine.
