HP 22 Tri-Colour Original Ink Cartridge
KSh 4,500
Description
The HP 22 tri-colour ink cartridge is the genuine Original HP colour cartridge, part number C9352AE, and the colour partner to the HP 21 black. Cyan, magenta and yellow sit in one unit. It suits the older DeskJet, OfficeJet and PSC all-in-ones that are still doing daily duty in plenty of Kenyan offices, shops and schools.

Genuine or compatible?
Genuine, Original HP in the sealed box. Not a refill and not our Royal house brand, which we always sell under the Royal name so there is no confusion about what is in the box. Refilled HP 22 cartridges circulate widely because the printers are old and the ink is relatively expensive.
Why buy from Trinatech
- Kept in stock at our Nairobi CBD shop, including for discontinued printer generations.
- Courier delivery countrywide, from Kisumu to the coast.
- M-Pesa and bank transfer accepted, with invoicing for offices.
- WhatsApp ordering, or walk in to The One Mall on River Road.
Getting the most from this cartridge
- Fit it straight from the foil and take the tape off the nozzles, not the contacts.
- Because all three colours share one cartridge, printing large amounts of a single colour will finish the whole unit early. Mixed colour work gets better value.
- 165 pages assumes 5% coverage. Photographs and full-colour pages will use it far faster.
- On these older machines an alignment page after fitting is worth the sheet of paper. It corrects the colour registration and saves reprints.
Frequently asked questions
- Is there a higher-yield version? Yes, HP 22XL fits the same printers and holds more ink.
- Do I need the black cartridge too? Yes for normal documents, and many of these models will not print with only one cartridge fitted. The black is HP 21.
- When will it arrive? Same day within Nairobi, next working day for most other towns.
- What if I ordered the wrong one? Sealed and unused cartridges can be exchanged or refunded.
- Can just the empty colour be topped up? No. The three colours share one body and the cartridge is replaced whole.
