Description
The HP 21 black ink cartridge is the genuine Original HP replacement, part number C9351AE, for a long-running generation of HP DeskJet, OfficeJet, PSC and Fax machines. Plenty of these are still working in Kenyan offices and shops, and the cartridge is the only part that ever needs replacing. Pigmented black ink gives sharp text on plain paper.

Getting the most from this cartridge
- Install it immediately after opening the foil, and pull the tape from the nozzles only.
- The printhead is part of the cartridge on this design. That is why refilling so often fails and why a fresh cartridge usually fixes print quality problems outright.
- 190 pages assumes 5% coverage, so heavy text pages and forms will come in lower.
- If the printer has stood unused for months, expect to run one or two cleaning cycles before print quality settles.
