Getting the most from this cartridge
- Rock the cartridge gently before fitting and remove the sealing strip completely before it goes in.
- At 900 pages these are small cartridges. In an office printing daily they empty inside a month or two, so keeping a spare avoids a stopped machine at month end.
- Watch all four levels, not just the one that is low. These printers generally halt when any single cartridge is empty, even for a black-only job.
- Store spares boxed and away from heat. Small cartridges suffer more than larger ones from a hot store room.
