Genuine or compatible?
Genuine, Original HP in the sealed box. Not a refill and not our Royal house brand. These machines usually sit on a service contract or a managed print agreement, and non-genuine consumables can put that arrangement in question. A leaking or rejected cartridge here does not delay one person's document, it stops a department and can mean a service call on an A3 machine worth many times the cartridge.
Why buy from Trinatech
- Departmental-class stock held in the Nairobi CBD rather than ordered in on request.
- Countrywide courier delivery, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu and Mombasa included.
- M-Pesa or bank transfer, with proper invoicing and LPO handling for corporate accounts.
- WhatsApp us the model number, or visit The One Mall on River Road.
Getting the most from this cartridge
- Rock the cartridge gently before fitting. These are large, heavy cartridges and toner settles in transit.
- Order before you run out. On a shared A3 machine the low-toner warning is usually ignored until the queue stops.
- If your volume is high, HP 14X holds around 17,500 pages in the same slot and works out cheaper per page. Ask us to compare on your monthly figures.
- 10,000 pages assumes 5% coverage. Heavy reports and A3 work will come in well under that on a machine running all day.
Frequently asked questions
- Is there a higher-yield version? Yes, HP 14X fits the same printers and prints around 17,500 pages.
- Do I need anything else? These take a single black cartridge, so no. Ask us about maintenance kits if the printer has high mileage.
- How fast is delivery? Same day within Nairobi, next working day to most towns.
- Can I return it? Yes, sealed and unused.
- Which cartridge suits a machine printing all day? Ask us to compare 14A and 14X against your monthly volume. On heavy use the larger cartridge usually wins clearly.
