Specifications

Genuine or compatible?

This is a Royal compatible toner cartridge. It is not a genuine HP original, and is never represented as one. It fits the same HP printers as the original 12A, at a lower price point, and is positioned for buyers who want a cost-saving alternative to the genuine item.

Why buy from Trinatech

• Stock held in Nairobi CBD.
• Delivery across Kenya including Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and Mombasa.
• M-Pesa and bank transfer accepted.
• WhatsApp ordering and walk-in options at The One Mall, River Road.

Getting the most from this cartridge

• Rock the cartridge gently side to side before fitting to spread the toner, and remove the plastic sealing strip completely.
• When pages start to fade, take it out and rock it again. On this cartridge that reliably buys another fifty to a hundred pages before a genuine replacement is needed.
• Store spares flat, boxed and away from heat and damp. Toner clumps in humidity and clumped toner streaks.
• 2,000 pages assumes 5% coverage. Exam papers, forms and anything with heavy black headers will fall short of that.
