Getting the most from this cartridge
- Store the toner bottle in a cool, dry environment away from high humidity, which can cause the micro-fine powder to clump.

- If your copies start looking light on one side, you can often remove the toner bottle, give it a firm shake, and reinstall it to gain a few extra days of printing.
Frequently asked questions
- Is there an XL or high-yield alternative? This is the standard 9,000-page capacity, which is the maximum for this machine.
- Do I need other colours to print? No, the MP 2000 is a strictly black-and-white copier.
- What is the delivery time? Expect same-day delivery in Nairobi CBD, and next-day for the rest of the country.
- What is your warranty or returns policy? We support standard manufacturer warranties on all sealed genuine supplies.
- Why did my toner run out before 9,000 pages? Yields are based on 5% coverage; printing ID cards with dark backgrounds drains toner much faster.
