Getting the most from this cartridge
- Before snapping the cartridge into the printer chassis, turn the tension knob a few times to ensure the fabric is pulled tightly across the ribbon mask. Ensure your printer's paper thickness lever is set correctly for the type of carbon-copy forms you are using; if it is set too tight, it will smear the ink and fray the ribbon.
