Description
The Epson EB-FH06 is a Full HD 1080p projector rated at 3,500 lumens, built for rooms where you cannot control the light — a classroom at midday, a church hall, a boardroom with windows. That brightness figure is the reason to choose it over a cheaper model: most projection disappointments come from buying something too dim for the room, not from resolution.
What it works with
Two HDMI inputs let you leave a permanent source connected — a media box or a computer — and still plug a visiting laptop into the second one without crawling behind the unit. A VGA input covers older laptops and desktops still in service. Wireless is available as an optional module for Epson's iProjection app; it is not fitted as standard, so do not assume wireless projection out of the box.
Connections:
- 2 x HDMI in
- 1 x VGA in
- 1 x USB 2.0 Type-A
- 1 x USB 2.0 Type-B
- Optional wireless LAN module
Throw ratio runs 1.22 to 1.47:1 with a 1.2x manual zoom, so a 60-inch image needs the projector roughly 1.6 to 2 metres back. Measure your room before you order a screen.

Who this is for
Schools, churches, training rooms and offices that need a bright, straightforward Full HD projector and do not need streaming apps built in. It has no smart platform — you connect a source. If you want Netflix and YouTube on the projector itself with no laptop attached, look at the CO-FH02 instead and we will show you both.

Getting the most from this projector
Run it in eco mode where the room allows it. At 3,500 lumens you rarely need full brightness indoors, and eco doubles rated lamp life from 6,000 hours to 12,000 while dropping fan noise from 37dB to 28dB — quieter matters more than most buyers expect in a small room. Let it cool fully before unplugging or moving it; cutting power to a hot lamp is the fastest way to shorten its life. Keep the air filter clean, which in a dusty Nairobi office means checking it every few months rather than annually.
