Genuine or compatible?
This is a highly reliable compatible master roll designed as a direct drop-in for Ricoh duplicators. It is not an original manufacturer product. For high-speed, high-volume internal document printing and draft copies where budget is the absolute priority, this compatible master offers unbeatable value per page compared to OEM supplies.
Why buy from Trinatech

- Secure payments via M-Pesa and bank transfer accepted.
- WhatsApp ordering, walk-in at The One Mall River Road.
Getting the most from this cartridge
- Always store your master rolls away from extreme temperatures. High heat can damage the thermal sensitivity of the roll. Digital duplicators are most efficient when printing hundreds of copies from a single master stencil; printing only small batches of five or ten copies per master will waste significant amounts of your roll and drive up your costs.
Frequently asked questions
- Is there an XL or high-yield alternative? This is the standard, maximum-yield size for the DX 2430 series.
- Do I need to replace the ink at the same time? No, the master roll and the black ink tube are replaced independently as they run out.
- What is the delivery time? Same-day delivery for Nairobi CBD, and next-day for the rest of Kenya.
- What is your warranty or returns policy? We offer a replacement guarantee on compatible masters that fail out of the box.
- Why is the machine not cutting the master? You may have loaded the roll upside down, or the cutter blade may need servicing.
