Specifications

Genuine or compatible?

This is a genuine, original Brother TN-3437 toner cartridge. If cost is the main concern, the Royal compatible TN-3437 is also available from Trinatech and fits the same machines at a lower price.

Why buy from Trinatech

• Stock held locally in Nairobi CBD.
• Delivery across Kenya including Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret and Mombasa.
• M-Pesa and bank transfer accepted securely.
• WhatsApp ordering, walk-in at The One Mall River Road.

Getting the most from this cartridge

• Keep the toner safely stored in its original foil packaging away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures until your machine explicitly prompts you for a replacement.
• Before inserting the new high-capacity cartridge, hold it horizontally and rock it back and forth several times to ensure the micro-fine toner is evenly distributed inside the chamber.
• To maximize your impressive 8,000-page yield, encourage your team to utilize the printer's toner-save function for internal memos and draft documents that do not require deep, presentation-quality solid blacks.
• Furthermore, always remember to slide the green corona wire tab on your drum unit to clean it when installing this new toner.

Frequently asked questions

• Is there an XL or high-yield alternative? This TN-3437 is already the high-yield version; an ultra-high yield TN-3467 (12,000 pages) also exists.
• Do I need other colours to print? No, these enterprise copiers and printers only require a single black toner cartridge.
• What is the delivery time? Same-day delivery for Nairobi CBD, and 24 hours for the rest of Kenya.
• What is your warranty or returns policy? We honour the standard Brother warranty for factory-sealed, genuine items.
• Is the toner difficult to install? Not at all; simply open the front door, pull the drum assembly out, and the new toner clicks securely into the drum frame.
